P/U of 4 rugs in Kingston was on time and efficient. Cleaning was done on time and a very good job. Two of the carpets were expensive hand made Turkish carpets. They also replaced a fringe around an expensive Turkish area rug. Safia's service was competent and efficient. I did not avail myself of the included home delivery since I was visiting Toronto and picked them up myself. That gave the opportunity to see their operation. Impressive!
