P/U of 4 rugs in Kingston was on time and efficient. Cleaning was done on time and a very good job. Two of the carpets were expensive hand made Turkish carpets. They also replaced a fringe around an expensive Turkish area rug. Safia’s service was competent and efficient. I did not avail myself of the included home delivery since I was visiting Toronto and picked them up myself. That gave the opportunity to see their operation. Impressive!

Loved the service of Love Your Rug Cleaning! Took advantage of their first time user offer online so saved 30%. My Rug is back before the time they had said and smells great but no chemical smells at all. Safia took great care of me pla nong to pick up and drop off as I am out of their region but we planned a meeting point that was only 20 min away for me. Also, Maddy, the driver, was dressed in uniform and was very professional. He drives a compagny van so easy to tell when they arrive. They offer all sorts of fixing and renewing services like for shoes and clothes. Can’t wait to use their survices again!

This was my first timing using the service and I am blown away! I bought a rug from an auction house and it just didn’t feel right. Felt like there was a film on the fabric. Found the ad on an OC Transpo bus and I figured why not. Pickup was arranged quickly, and carpet was cleaned within a few days. Delivery was sent to me, and the delivery guy Juan was so kind and friendly. My rug feels like new and is so soft! I wasn’t aware they also did a range of items. WOW…..We had several area rugs cleaned that were in pretty bad shape. They were returned in “Like New” condition. I would highly recommend their area rug service and will def consider them for their other services in the future.

I really wish I had taken before and after pictures of my area rugs! The difference way absolutely amazing! They were picked up quickly (at no charge) and we’re dropped off exactly when they told me they would be! I highly recommend love your rug and I will be using them again and again. And I should mention the price was cheaper then anywhere else I called. If I could give them more stats, I would!

Safia asked me to write a review. The rugs came out clean and were picked up and delivered on time. However after the cleaning I received a phone call asking if I would like an estimate on the repair. I wasn’t aware that they needed repairing. If there was damage that they didn’t do they should have notified me before the cleaning so that I would know it wasn’t caused by them. It turned out that the damage was very small and probably they didn’t do it but it annoyed the way it was handled.
We had used this company in the past when we experienced a small flood. They were able to make our area rug look new again. So when they asked us if we wanted to do a yearly cleaning we said yes. Disappointed this time around. Carpet was still wet when they delivered it back and it looked the same. Definitely not the same quality cleaning as before.
I’m giving 3 stars based on the customer service and pickup/delivery process as these were really easy and straightforward. However, my rug wasn’t cleaned properly , I decided to use a professional rug cleaning service because my rug had hairs in it and to my disappointment, these weren’t removed. The rugs still has hairs and honestly feels like it was just cleaned for dust and that was it. Not a great value for my money so I’m not sure I’ll be using them again

We were not happy with the service provided unfortunately. They were supposed to pick up the rug from us in Ottawa at a designated spot. We drove and dropped it off but the driver told us that they had a list of people’s homes where they pick the rug up from. We had been told otherwise and had to make a special trip. We then called to get them to drop it off at our work but they were extremely rude on the phone, scolding us for suggesting this, despite us knowing that they did go to individual addresses. The rug was cleaned satisfactorily but the service was not as expected.
My carpet came back looking same as when it left , it was not badly stained but no difference after . Still had an odour after “cleaning “ again no difference .
I would be vary wary of the positive reviews given here. Do not recommend this place at all. Sent a rug to be cleaned. Was given a quote, and then once they had the rug, they said it was more expensive than they had anticipated and tried to charge more. We managed to cut the price back after much discussion over the phone. We waited about two weeks for the rug to be returned after cleaning. We received the rug with a new stain – it was sticky and dark, clearly something new. We sent photos to prove it. We had to argue with them on the phone to get them to finally agree to clean the rug without charge. Second time we received the rug – they CUT OUT the area where the stain was because they couldn’t clean it. Never using this outfit again.
