It specifies what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE. THEY ARE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU.

By using this Web site, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check back these terms periodically for changes.

LOWEST PRICES GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa offers our retail customers (these terms and conditions do not apply to any non-retail customers) the “Lowest Prices” and “Lowest Price Guarantee” as advertised on ottawa.loveyourrug.ca for the following services:

1. 1. rug cleaning
   2. rug repair

1.02 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa will offer the lowest prices for the above two services in the following geographic areas:
Ontario as well as in any other geographic locations that are specified on our website ottawa.loveyourrug.ca.

1.03 “Lowest Prices” and “Lowest Price Guarantee” are interchangeable terms and the same conditions apply to both. For simplicity purposes, in this document, we will use the term “Lowest Prices” when referring to “Lowest Prices” and/or “Lowest Price Guarantee”. “Lowest Prices” is defined as a price that is lower by any amount, than any other advertised price by other rug cleaning and repair companies in the geographic locations specified in section 1.02 that offer comparable quality services (as specified in section 1.04) as Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa.

1.04 In order to meet the condition of being considered comparable quality services the services offered by other competing rug cleaning and rug repair companies must meet the quality of services offered by Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa. In order to meet the quality of services offered by Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa the competing service provider must:
a) use automated rug cleaning machines in comparable quality as Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa. Service provider’s that offer manual hand cleaning services will not be considered to offer a cleaning as through as our state of the art Henta Systems.
b) use an automated rug dusting machine to remove all dust and soil. Hand dusting will not meet the condition.
c) use a rug centrifuge machine to drain all water and moisture from the rug. Hand draining and other non-machine draining will not meet the condition.

1.05 The prospect must present the following evidence to ottawa@loveyourrug.ca in order to take advantage of the disputed offer:
a) a scan or screenshot of the advertisement that has competing prices clearly advertised.
b) a scan, screenshot or forwarded email of the price quoted from the official email of the competing company. Email addresses from companies using Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo or any other generic email account will not be accepted. The email must be from the website domain of the competing company. For example an email from Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa would be ottawa@loveyourrug.ca

WARRANTIES OR GUARANTESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.06 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa offers a “Money Back Guarantee” and a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” on the following services:

1. 1. rug cleaning
   2. rug repair

1.07 The same conditions apply to both the “Money Back Guarantee” and the “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”. These two guarantees are interchangeable and considered to mean the same thing. For simplicity purposes, in this document we will use the term “Money Back Guarantee” when referring to “Money Back Guarantee” and/or “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”.

1.08 In the case that the customer is not 100% satisfied with the services offered by Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa, Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa will refund the full purchase price of the advertised products or services at the consumer’s request, considering the customers’ request meets the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. Upon performing the services specified in section 1.06 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa packages and stores the rugs in our specialty moisture free rug storage department. The rugs must be picked up within 20 days. The customer will be contacted by telephone when the rugs are ready for pickup, at which point the 20-day countdown period begins.
   2. Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa will attempt to contact the customer two times within 30 days.
   3. Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa is not responsible after the 30 days for any items left behind.
   4. If the rugs are not picked up after the 20 days, the “money back guarantee” becomes void.
   5. If the customer picks up the rugs within 20 days, they must unwrap the rugs from the plastic wrap within one day of pickup, in order to ensure the rugs smell fresh and do not build up bacteria and fungus. If the customer does not unwrap the rugs within one day of pickup the “money back guarantee” becomes void.
   6. If the customer is not satisfied with the services offered by Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa, after picking up the cleaned or repaired rugs, the customer has a 7-10 days period to request the “money back guarantee”. If 7-10 days has passed after the customer has picked up their rug(s) the guarantee becomes void.

PICKUP and DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.09 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa offers a pickup and delivery window of 4 to 7 hours for our cleaning and repair services. A fee of $27.50 plus taxes will be charged for failed pick-ups or deliveries.

“G.T.A.’s LARGEST RUG CLEANERS” AND “ONTRARIO’S LARGEST RUG CLEANING FACILITY”

1.10 The term “Largest Rug Cleaning Facility” or “Largest Rug Cleaners” are interchangeable terms and they refer solely to the physical size of the rug cleaning and repair factory located on 2340 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1G 6E3.

1.11 Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa operates out of a 10,000 square foot rug cleaning and repair facility in Ottawa, ON. According to independent research conducted by Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa, there are no other individual rug cleaning and repair companies that are larger than 10,000 square feet in any of the geographic areas specified in section 1.02 and advertised on ottawa.loveyourrug.ca as of the annual update of this document.

1.12 In the event that a new rug cleaning and repair company opens up shop in the specified geographic areas, that is larger than 10,000 square feet, Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa will remove any corresponding claims from its website upon written request.

1.13 In the event that a prospect, customer, competitor or any other entity is able to prove that a larger rug cleaning and repair facility exists in the specified geographic areas, Love Your Rug Cleaning Ottawa will remove any future claims from its website.
