Our lab technicians inspect every rug thoroughly to identify stains, damages, discolorations, and any special requests the customer may have. Everything is inspected, including fibres, fringes, and colouration. A special tag is applied to each rug in our system to indicate its material, size, and origin.
Dusting is a critical step in cleaning a rug. Without fully cleaning the rug, dust particles and allergens will remain trapped within the rug even after it has been washed and dried. Our computer-controlled dusting equipment extracts all the dust particles. Our air suction filtration system collects particles in a regularly cleaned dust container.
Each rug is pre-treated with a safe and environmentally friendly dual solution of soap and treatment prior to being machine washed. This dual solution is administered by pressure washing each rug to soften and remove dissolved minerals that get embedded in the fibres over time. It is critical to wash your rugs once a year to avoid these hard mineral deposits from eroding the rug’s health and value.
Our professionals for area rugs utilise intense pressure washers to loosen fibres and eliminate filth from deep inside your rug, followed by a vigorous washing with fresh water.
After this, the carpets are machine cleaned to guarantee that each rug receives a thorough cleaning. Each rug is carefully cleansed by a line of soft brush pads to remove any mineral deposits and stains. Our drainage system filters any extra eco-friendly soap and water. Our equipment guarantees that your rug is cleaned thoroughly, including the rug pile and fringes, without causing damage to the rug.
Your rug is rolled and placed in our centrifuge. The centrifuge effectively removes all leftover water and moisture from your rug, guaranteeing that no dyes stain it and that your rug retains its original colours and texture.
After the machine removes 90% of the water, the rugs are immediately sent up to our drying room to remove any remaining moisture from the rug’s fibres. Allowing carpets to remain wet for an extended period of time may result in colour run and the growth of undesired mould and germs. Our climate-controlled drying room is equipped with a dozen industrial fans that filter circulating air and maintain a low humidity level, producing the perfect environment for drying your carpets correctly.
Once the drying process is complete, our lab professionals perform a detailed quality check. Each rug is carefully inspected inch by inch, and meticulously documented and photographed. A final airbrushing ensures all loose fibres are removed, restoring the rug’s pristine condition.
Upon completion of the final inspection, your rug will be sent to you safely and securely.
