They did an excellent job on an expensive area rug that the dog had 'marked' in numerous places! They said that they had to put it through the cycle steps more than once and did not charge me extra! I would recommend them for their prompt pick-up of the rug from my house. Well done. K

Morning Safia - happy to provide feedback. The cleaning job done on my wool rug was excellent; the rug came back looking like new and the area with the red wine stain is completely gone. The service (pick up and delivery) was quick and professional, and the cost very reasonable. I am very happy with the great job that was done.

After a recent flood in our basement, our area rug was dirty and musty. Your team picked up the rug, cleaned it beautifully and returned it - excellent communication, easy process and reasonably priced! Would recommend!!

My two large rugs have never looked cleaner and felt softer to walk on. They are both old and have been washed numerous times, and I was thinking this would be their last gasp, but now they look and feel young again! I DO love my rugs. And the service was really fast - thank you!

We were thrilled with the service provided by love your rug! Excellent customer service, easy pickup and delivery. Our 2 rugs look brand new, we weren't sure how the cream shag area rug would come out, but it's perfect, like new.

I had them clean my Chair. I really did not think it would turn out as well as it did. And the staff are son nice. Really saved a set of dining chairs after the the most epic wine stain you can image.

Great customer service. I was not sure that my carpet could be saved due to a couple of doggy accidents and wear and tear over the years, but after putting it through their cleaning process twice (no additional cost) it came back looking almost brand new.

I want to use you again
You did such a great job last time, I wanted to use you again. In about 10 days, my hardwood floor is being refinished and I'd like to take that opportunity to get the rug cleaned again. Can you pick it up sometime between now and the 13th and deliver it back after the 26th? Thanks,
