Love love love the result...however my suggestion is to get a better camera. I have uploaded the before/after/ and company picture. I was stressing due to the colour changes in your picture but on arrival the rug is beautiful. The darkest colouring is the after....so happy!!

I had my rug cleaned and am more then happy with the results. From pickup to drop off, to the cleaned carped. Everything went smoothly . I can highly recommend this company.

After some initial concern, I received my 2 runners and 1 area carpet back yesterday. They are totally clean and I’m very happy with the service, despite it taking an extra week. The pickup/drop off is also a great convenience!

I recently discovered this company while looking for places to clean my rugs. The highlight of the experience was how easy it they make it. I had a couple of questions that they answered right away which I really appreciated. Rugs were picked up at my door and delivered clean 2 weeks later. I will definitely be using this company again

Had 2 rugs for the cleaning. Instead of promised 1 week they decided to take 2. One of the rug had the stains left unremoved. We got the call that removing it would cost additional $500 and its not guaranteed the stains will be gone so we refused to proceed. Overall, the service is average and way overpriced.
My carpet came back unclean and exactly how it looked when it left , still an odour as well . Very unhappy with result .

My rug with high traffic areas was washed, dry and treated and returned in good condition.

I am very pleased with the cleaning service I received from Love Your Centre I had 3 areas rugs and the runner on my stairs cleaned. The customer service was excellent- from my initial phone call, to Richard and Chris arriving to clean the carpet on my stairs (they even rolled up my 3 area rugs and had them ready for pickup), to the delivery of my 3 cleaned rugs. The individual who arrived with my clean rugs (I didn't catch his name) helped me return the rugs to their original spots and even helped me roll out the rugs. The service was prompt, courteous, thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I give them a 5 out of 5 star rating!

I'm pleased with the results. The smaller rugs are very old and quite frankly surprised that they didn't disintegrate in the cleaning process.

The carpet is beyond what we expected, i haven't unrolled it yet as it is being saved for a new location in a week or so. But i felt inside the roll and the pile is so fluffy again and the smell is so much better. On behalf of my Daughter, we Thank you.

They did an excellent job on an expensive area rug that the dog had 'marked' in numerous places! They said that they had to put it through the cycle steps more than once and did not charge me extra! I would recommend them for their prompt pick-up of the rug from my house. Well done. K

We just moved today and set out the carpet. It was so much brighter, softer and smelled fresh. The pick up and delivery was seamless.
Would definitely use the service again.
