Thank you so much for your perseverance in correcting the cleaning issues with our oriental carpet. We just finished unrolling it in place and it looks beautiful! No sign of the wine stains or streaking evident.

Great service, the rug was cleaned beautifully, even all my dogs hair(which are like little needles that work their way into everything!) were removed...i am very happy. Pick up and delivery was on point as well.

you guys did a great job. Both area rugs look great, just like new and no old smell to them. And the service was just perfect. I didn't have to lug the carpets to the cleaners myself. I have found your service A+. I have even recommended you to my neighbours.

After a recent flood in our basement, our area rug was dirty and musty. Your team picked up the rug, cleaned it beautifully and returned it - excellent communication, easy process and reasonably priced! Would recommend!!

Richard came by today to clean the carpeting on my stairs which had several stains from my dog that was ill. As always, Richard was professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job, and the stains are gone. Richard completed the job in a timely manner, and was a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish, I can not say enough good things about my experience. The staff at Love your Rug were always in contact, either by email or text and kept me apprised at each and every step. They even called to say they weren't satisfied with the first cleaning so they wanted to do it again! The staff were always professional when we spoke and the carpet was returned when they said it would and it looks fantastic! I would 100% recommend them based on my customer service experience alone.

We had a flood in our home which damaged everything including my silk Persian rug. The colours had severely bled into each other. It was an expensive family heirloom with sentimental value.
Thanks to you and to all your staff for restoring it for me. It looks brand new.
