The service was awesome they came and picked up our 3 rugs, one of which I never in a million years thought would ever come clean. I was shopping around for another rug like it but could not find one, anyhow all 3 rugs came back looking almost like brand new. They pick up and drop off and the pricing was very reasonable, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their rugs cleaned. You will never get the same results using a home carpet cleaner machine.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Absolutely wonderful experience from pick up to drop off. They contacted me alerting me to the fact that my rug may undergo some changes in colour due to the glue backing but I rec'd it back in better condition than when it was sent in. Only complaint is the camera you guys are using. The pic you posted gave me heart failure, but proved to be a lighting? issue. Otherwise totally happy with everything. The first picture is pre cleaning, 2nd pic is YOUR pic which looks yellowed \ud83d\ude41 , 3rd pic with sunlight dappling, is the finished fabulous result! Just look at how the colours were revitilized!!<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

P\/U of 4 rugs in Kingston was on time and efficient. Cleaning was done on time and a very good job. Two of the carpets were expensive hand made Turkish carpets. They also replaced a fringe around an expensive Turkish area rug. Safia's service was competent and efficient. I did not avail myself of the included home delivery since I was visiting Toronto and picked them up myself. That gave the opportunity to see their operation. Impressive!<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Loved the service of Love Your Rug Cleaning! Took advantage of their first time user offer online so saved 30%. My Rug is back before the time they had said and smells great but no chemical smells at all. Safia took great care of me pla nong to pick up and drop off as I am out of their region but we planned a meeting point that was only 20 min away for me. Also, Maddy, the driver, was dressed in uniform and was very professional. He drives a compagny van so easy to tell when they arrive. This was my first timing using the service and I am blown away!\nI bought a rug from an auction house and it just didn't feel right. Felt like there was a film on the fabric.\nFound the ad on an OC Transpo bus and I figured why not.\nPickup was arranged quickly, and carpet was cleaned within a few days. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures of my area rugs! The difference way absolutely amazing! They were picked up quickly (at no charge) and we\u2019re dropped off exactly when they told me they would be! I highly recommend love your rug and I will be using them again and again.
